The Biotech Yield Endorsement (BYE) program is an innovative crop insurance product that delivers lower premium rates. This program is approved by the Federal Crop Insurance Corporation Board and implemented by the Risk Management Agency-USDA.

BYE offers crop insurance premium discounts to growers in Minnesota, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio, South Dakota, Missouri, Nebraska and Kansas who plant corn containing YieldGard® VT Triple, YieldGard® VT Triple PRO or YieldGard® Plus with Roundup Ready® Corn 2 on qualifying insured non-irrigated corn for grain acres. It is also available for qualifying insured irrigated corn for grain acres in Nebraska and Kansas.
